This shop is under new management since March 2020, hence the new business name. I was surprised to find stock of tap cartridge ceramic disc valve with same part number for only £5. Shopkeepers were eager to help and find the matching part.

(Walk in to shop, two people behind counter; one talking on the phone, one watching a video on his phone. I approach the latter. He sighs as he takes his earbuds out.)

“Have you got a replacement for this?” (I show him a leaky valve I removed from my kitchen tap.)
“No.”

“Is it because it’s smaller than the standard size?”
“Yes.”

“Can you get one in?”
“No.”

“Do you know where I might get one?”
(Smirking and shrugging as he put his headphones back in.) “I don’t know what to tell you.”

I’m not annoyed they didn’t have it, I am annoyed how rude they were about it.

Worst service ever. I asked for a pipe and asked if they have refund policy if the pipe wasn’t long enough because The one he had was short. He just went To the office and I have no time I am doing my account. He has a paper on the wall that says no returns even the item is damaged. Poor service and really low on products
