After a year of trying to sell our house in South West London with no success, a friend recommended Janine's Property Staging services. This was the best piece of advice we had during the year.
Janine is very experienced and knowledgeable in real estate, has impecable taste in decorating, is very kind and helpful and highly professional. It was a pleasure working with her!
She gave us great advice for redecorating the house and she staged it beautifully. As we live abroad, there was the added bonus of her having an excellent network of plumbers, electricians and handymen etc to help us out. All in all, her services are reasonably price and well worthwhile. We highly recommend JS Property Staging if you're thinking of selling your house.

I first spoke with Janine Summer of 2021 we were thinking about putting our London apartment on the market - the following spring.
We had several conversations about and in the apartment. Though the work was planned for Feb or March 2022, the clear visioning we did early on really paid off.
Her support has been invaluable.

Janine started on time, and we were ready to roll right after Easter. Pretty much on budget despite a few surprises on the way. Plus if something went wrong on the sale it was ready to relet in September.
I’ve always been seriously hands on with painting , renovation and repairs. This time I wasn’t even in the country.
The apartment looked amazing , bright, welcoming and modern . Very photogenic and everyone was impressed including prospective buyers - it was so gratifying to have a choice.

The legal haul for London conversions with old leases can be tough. Ours was.
Janine was supportive throughout she’s a great communicator and also really listened to our neighbors. Thé end result was a much improved house overall. It’s been an absolute pleasure to work with her. Thanx again Janine for helping me to leave the apartment I’ve loved for 30 years in such good shape. Much gratitude and appreciation to all.

Janine is the absolute best at what she does! Without ever meeting Janine, she took on a project and all she had to start with was an empty flat and direction from the US over the phone and by email. She ran with the project and in-no time had an empty flat furnished with nice quality furniture. The bedrooms stocked with linens, kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked with all the necessary supplies and did an amazing job at everything.

Janine has taken other jobs project managing additional changes and repairs as needed. Janine has project managed structural changes to the bathrooms, changing faucets, shower enclosures and tile work, and all looks amazing. We are really pleased with the workmanship Janine has provided, with her excellent guidance in selections, and with her timely completion of the projects. We could not be happier with all the work and professionalism she provides. You cannot go wrong hiring Janine. She is highly recommended.

When the tenants left our north London flat we employed Janine to prepare it for sale and she did an amazing job. She took care of every detail from removing the furniture to decorating and staged it beautifully and we had two offers at the asking price within a few weeks.
