Overall

Touchstone have been great to work with, very professional and reasonably priced. I decided on a quartz Caesarstone Moorland Fog worktop - it was a really hard decision as there's a lot of choice, but Luis was so patient and really helped me through the process as I haven't done this before, they even designed some legs from the same stone for the bar extension. The guys that did the templating and fitting were fantastic also . Highly recommend this company.

We were very impressed with Touchstone, from the first design meeting at their office/showroom, the tour of the workshop, and their ability to keep everything to schedule in these days of difficult supply chains. Went into this site and asked for a quote for a kitchen worktop. Went in with the kitchen plan and all dimensions and also knew what stone I was looking for. Spoke to two members of staff including Alpesh who took all the details and said he will get back to me within two days. Never heard back from them. Ended up going to one of their competitors nearby and they managed to give me a quote, come down to the house next day to measure up and fitted the kitchen 5 days later. Don’t waste your time with them. Seems like they just pick and choose their customers.

We looked all over for people to provide and fit our worktop.
We found the stone we liked at from different company's showroom and contacted Touchstone for a quote. Off the bat the price was competitive and the customer service was amazing.

A day later someone was stenciling and fitting started the next week.

There was an issue with the measurements of the Island so that couldnt be fit but they quickly were on the phone to me to apologize and reschedule.

Now that it's all in, it's amazing.

When looking for a worktop for our Kitchen, it was simple but go to Touchstone and pick our design of slab. There was a wide range of slabs to choose from and the staff helped see our particular design pattern and reserve the slab until we were ready. The staff visited our property and done the template. Installation was effortless and quick with the worktop fitting the first time.

I love the worktop. Good job all around with good communication and timelines meet.

Touchstone Worktops were absolutely fantastic when we were doing our house renovations. Everyone there was very helpful in terms of helping us make the right decision, and supplying us with endless samples to take home and look at. David in particular was great, and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our final choice. The installers as went above and beyond to make sure we had a great finish. They thought of everything in terms of getting the joins in the right position and the measuring was all accurate. They even made use of an extra piece we had left over as a splashback for the bathroom sink. I would 100% recommend using them.
