My husband and I contacted Tom to conduct a Level 3 survey for the home we were purchasing. Tom was highly professional, responding promptly and scheduling our survey for the following week. We received the report within three days, and we were impressed by its thoroughness and detail compared to our previous surveys. The report was comprehensive, including over a hundred photos of the property and detailed meter readings and diagrams. This information was extremely helpful in our decision-making process. We highly recommend Tom's services.

Overall

Tom has been brilliant from start to finish in the process. I instructed him regarding a damp survey, and initial communication was excellent. The survey itself was detailed and explored all areas of concern. I was provided with (most importantly for someone not in the know) simple instructions about the remedies needed, and also prevention in future.

A couple of days later I discovered another issue, and Tom was more than happy to advise on this too by email, as an additional thing. I really really appreciated this extra help.

Tom was responsive and professional when we reached out to him to do a L3 survey. The final report was an impressive piece of work - well written, detailed and easy to read. He accurately identified potential concerns and next steps and was happy to answer our follow-up question after we'd read the report.

I'm not at all surprised that all the other reviews had a similar experience and would recommend and use Tom and SurveyAll again without hesitation.

We enlisted the services of SurveyAll when our lawyer suggested we carry out a survey of the new build we were purchasing. I found Tom to be friendly, yet professional. He answered communications promptly and kept us informed of progress up until the day of the survey. 24hrs after the survey was carried out, we received a very comprehensive report which was clearly set out and easy to follow and understand. Not only did he use fancy gadgets to identify issues needing attention, but he was also able to get useful information out of the neighbour that we were able to pass on to our lawyer! I was very pleased with his service, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs such services.
