The call handler was not clear about the £50 call out fee. Diagnosed and cost within 5 minutes. I turned down the shop. He carries on talking for a full 30 minutes about his mum's kitchen floor. Blah blah blah. I felt like charging him £50 for my time.
Tired to give feed back and he just wanted to argue. The man knows how to talk. Doesn't know how to listen. Would not recommend. £50 to give a quote. What a joke. Joiners, builders, plumbers, plasters, glazers, pointers, all give quotes without a charge. But apparently this fella can't.
