We placed an order to furnish 3 bathrooms, with the Bathroom department who were very helpful & advised us on how to make our bathrooms look amazing. We sat down & worked out with Bells the specific items that were going into our order. Please note that we did not use their design service.
However when 2 items were delivered (the size was as ordered), they were too big for our bathroom. The items were: an Aqata shower screen (made to size) & an Acquabella shower tray.
When we requested help, Bells said that the shower screen is non returnable & the shower tray can be returned with a 40% restocking fee!
At no time during the pre-sales process, were we advised that these (or any items on the order) items were either non returnable or would attract a 40% restocking charge. We have subsequently been referred to the t&cs (which ‘can be asked for’ is on the order form). We would not have placed the order at the time if we had known this. We have wasted a lot of money as a result.

Very helpful initially but once agreed to a sale the bloke in showroom turned his mood and and told us to order online with different supplier. We left feeling very confused

Lovely place. Only recently found out it had a cafe in there. The place is like a tardis. Kitchens, bathrooms, log burners, art, cafe, gorgeous lighting section and a section that sells everything from hand bags to tea towels. Love it I go there often now as food is good especially the cake selection.

High quality fixtures for bathrooms, kitchens and bedrooms. All round one-stop shop for home fixtures. Also a great range of stoves and fires, barbecues and the like. Not the cheapest, but good service. If you buy anything complex from them (e.g. kitchen units), check your invoices carefully as their invoices aren't always the most accurate. Had great service overall when we bought kitchen and bathroom from them. Experienced fitters and good after sales service. Lovely coffee shop, very popular for those in the know!

Summary: spent nearly £4k. Various issues, some resolved. Promised replacements for 2 items which are showing as in stock on the website but have taken over 2 months to arrive. Despite initial assistance from Paul, I've now been forgotten about and have been left witn a £1k faulty BBQ and £70 cover with a hole in it.
Order 1816799 for Clementi family pizza oven.
- No issues, I am very happy with this.
Order 2315116 for glass door, chimney and Pulcinella stand.
- Stand arrived with incorrect parts.
- Replacement parts arrived the next day, I had to take the incorrect parts to the recycling centre, not a big deal.
- Stand is now sorted and looks fantastic.
Order 2325595 for Pit Boss Memphis and cover.
- The warming shelf had been chipped (not a massive deal) but then someone has tried to use the wrong colour touch up paint to fix it but has done a horrendous job. Was promised a replacement for it and am still waiting for it 2 months on.
- Control knobs slide off with the lightest pull. They also don't operate the gas very well as a result. Was promised replacements but am still waiting for them to arrive 2 months on. Meanwhile the BBQ is showing as in stock online.
- The cover has a hole in it where it looks like it wasn't machine stitched properly. Was promised a replacement but it's been over 2 months and it hasn't arrived. Cover is showing as in stock online.
