I love the design of the products. I ordered a toilet most beautiful sink for my downstairs toilet. I get so many compliments but what impressed me the most with Lusso is the customer service. I had an issue with my cistern. I was so stressed. A plumber came round and I needed a new part. I emailed Lusso and very quickly they located me a new part and sending it out. Their service is second to none. I work in high end retail and this service has been exceptional. Thank you Abigail and Mathew who has swiftly helped me. I would absolutely recommend Lusso- based of their customer services and after care.

I hope you agree with me that Lusso Stone bathrooms look fantastic. But the mark of a truly great company isn't just about what they sell or how competitive their prices are are. For me it's how they deal with after sales problems. I had an issue with something I purchased 2 years ago
I sent an email expecting to be fobbed off like so many companies do. Not Lusso Stone, I was just asked to confirm my address and the next day I received a replacement (FOC). Thank you so much Lee

Great experience with sales and customer service team. Nothing is ever too much to ask and all questions are always answered. I had a project that involved large order and the specification was changing frequently, the team shown patients and professionalism and have been very helpful from day one. Joanne, Customer Project Team Leader, has been exceptional. The products are of high quality and look great. I highly recommend the company and the products.

Absolutely delighted with all the products we received from Lusso, I asked my tiler to redo my bathroom but insisted that he bought all my goods from Lusso from the bath, to the toilet, shower, and taps there quality is superb. I contacted Lusso for a bath caddy unfortunately there was a bend in the wood and Lusso were great the replacement was sent out in 48hrs fantastic service.

I ordered almost 15/20k worth of items from Lusso stone, from a company with such good reviews I did not expect to come to so many issues. A lot of my items did not come together they came separately as parts were on back order etc. I then received items that were damaged with obvious forklift damage to the product, having noticed slightly late and informing Lusso I was told I would have to pay for another. I was shocked at the amount of mistakes made. While house renovations take a while I ordered a bath filler upon delivery I saw the box and assumed my bath filler was all there. Seeing the housing. When It came to fitting the items I took it out the box and noticed only the housing present without any of the insides. I appreciate I let them know a little late which would be my bad but I don’t expect to spend money on luxury items and for things to be constantly missing. It would be like ordering a bag from Louis Vuitton, and you would just expect when a delivery turns up it would have the right item/s inside. If you order an iPhone and open the box to see the iPhone you definitely for sure know all the innards are inside.
Not only did a cabinet come damaged delivered with forklift damage, I was told it was my fault I did not let you guys know on time. Fair enough. Plus toilets I ordered part of a whole cistern, came delivered with wall hung instead of floor toilets, no doubt something I would have been charged for, even though it was past the 48 hours I only got away with this being changed as the evidence was irrefutable.

The shower and faucets that I purchased have turned out great! Really good flow and well designed.
I had an issue with the valve in the shower after about 2 years. It caused the shower to be consistently cold. It may have been caused by hard water deposits. The valves are custom to lusso, so it took a few months to get a new one (and lots of emails with Samantha who was a great customer service rep.) but it all works great again! Definitely satisfied with the product, though I wish the valves were more readily available.
