From the very beginning, Ashlea was communicative and straight-forward with our idea for our bathroom, improving on our vision and designing a space where we would get the most from our square footage and have somewhere we'd truly relax in. From the budget to the design, she helped with everything and made sure that we had a great CAD render to go from.
When it came to installation, every builder and tradesman was kind, courteous, and their attention to detail meant that we didn't have to worry about problems along the way.

Something slightly off? No worries, Nick will sort it. Wrong fixture? We'll get on to the supplier and find you a replacement. Toilet leaking slightly after installation? We'll fix it ASAP. They went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what Design Time had laid out for us.

As a result, a bathroom that was a nightmare of loose tiles and utterly horrendous pipe work was transformed into a tranquil place to relax, with every single feature being exactly how we wanted and to the spec that is the envy of friends and family.
No more headaches and worries about water ingress and rotten wood. Absolute peace and tranquility, constant communication and reassurance, and I can't thank Ashlea and Design Time enough <3

So glad we chose DesignTime for our kitchen project. The whole installation process was managed by Paul who gave us a detailed install plan with dates which were (in the main) stuck to. Where changes were necessary he just dealt with it and kept us informed. Special shout out to Craig who was outstanding. His craftsmanship went way beyond a kitchen fitter, he is a carpenter of the highest order. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family. We used Designtime to design and complete the installation of three bathrooms in our house. We would like to start by saying a big thank you to Ashlea. Her communication throughout the project from the initial consultation to completion was superb. Ashlea's lengthy knowledge of manufacturers and products were invaluable during the design and decision making process as was her guidance for best use of space. She also had a great eye for interior design.
We felt nothing was too much trouble, particularly during last minute changes and she was always on hand throughout the project.
