I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Baileys. The only reason I'm giving a 1-star rating is because we love our sectional, but everything else about the buying experience was awful. Brad was pushy to make the sale, but once the purchase was made, the communication and customer service disappeared. When I inquired about my order, I was told to call the store directly. They didn't have corner pieces in stock and had to order one, giving us a 2-month timeframe. After 2 months, I had to reach out to check the status, and was then informed of another 2-month delay. When the sectional finally arrived, I asked if they could deliver it for free for the inconvenience. I was told to call customer service to ask about free delivery and that it's better to come from the customer then salesman. I will never use Baileys again and will spend more money for better customer service at Sadlers. I highly recommend avoiding Baileys and Brad due to their poor communication, customer service and pure laziness.

The absolute thing I liked the best about shopping at Baileys was that the sales rep was there to help, she asked the questions that helped her help us, didn’t try to pressure us into getting something we didn’t want, and gave us space to discuss options on our own. In the end we were able to purchase what was best for our situation.

My fiancé & I have gotten quite a few things here since we moved into our new place. We have gotten a couch, our dining table and our new mattress and bed frame and we’ve had a positive experience each time we have been here. From the moment we came in, an employee was very helpful without being pushy! They gave us time to explore but still checked on us and answered all of our questions. We originally came in to get ideas of what we might want, and ended up purchasing something the very first time. Like with every retail company, some items are a hit or miss and some items are overpriced but some items are not. You just have to keep in mind that you have to look at everything and do your research! My advice, take photos of the items and prices and compare! Ask questions! If you need to leave and think about it before coming back, do it! We love our couch, expected to spend A LOT more than what we did for something this nice. We don’t absolutely love our dining table, just because we were told we could pick out which chairs we wanted as there was one with a wonky leg. They ended up grabbing that chair anyway without letting us know, so we had to fix it at home. Only negative thing out of all of our visits. I have had to update this review many times as we keep going back to purchase more. Everyone has been so polite and helpful every time we’ve come. I love that they are helpful, but not pushy and don’t try to push you to purchase the most expensive items you don’t even like. We went to a different furniture place once to check it out, we got a “hi” from an employee with clipped and vague answers to our questions about items and that was that. We’ll continue to go HERE for new things.

Horrible dishonest people who do not care about their customers. We bought a sectional couch a few weeks ago, the movers “put” our couch “together” and we thought it looked great. Until we actually sat on it, the whole couch came apart. Come to realize the movers didn’t actually put the couch together they just placed it on our carpet. I called them demanding to come back so the movers could come out the couch together like they should’ve the first time and to our surprise, they couldn’t put our couch together. We called Baileys and they said it was because of our carpet! Excuse me? We have a carpet that every single American household has. Bailey obviously knows they screwed up and lied. If this couch didn’t work on a REGULAR carpet they should’ve put a sign on the couch saying “THIS COUCH DOESN’T WORK ON REGULAR CARPET THAT EVERY SINGLE HOUSE IN AMERICA HAS”. Baileys refused to refund our money knowing they did not tell us this couch was dysfunctional. It is their fault this couch doesn’t work and will not refund our money. We are now in the middle of a lawsuit with them to demand our money back. Do not buy from this company, they are liars and do not care about their customers!

Love the prices people are helpful decent selection. The only reason I did not give a five stars is because you have to drive across town. They tell you it’s like a five minute drive but if you take the wrong road or miss your turn, it’s one-way traffic and it’s not easy to get to their warehouse, all the furniture was right there pick up. It is what it is. Gotta say I’m happy with the furniture. I purchased again great price decent furniture. I did buy a chair at Bailey’s $200 cheaper than Bailey’s clearance was selling it for.

The sales representative (who had an accent, I’m sorry I’m horrible at names, but he was a gent with medium brown hair and a casually appropriate attitude) was amazing. I literally said before coming in “I don’t want the pushy sales folk. I’d rather decide on my own). Upon walking in through the door, said associate asked if he could help, when I made it obvious we just wanted to look to start, he made no effort to push it, which I appreciated. Once I had questions he was readily available and gave great recommendations. I appreciate his approach of waiting for us to come to him. He also answered all my questions and explained clearly expectations on time and delivery. I have zero complaints. He gave me the respectable and genuine sales approach that I needed. I will be enjoying my big ol’ king size bed. Thank you.

The sales associate was very helpful with her selling pitch, the problem came once my mattress was delivered. I tested the floor model soft plush mattress which felt amazing, but the mattress that was delivered was not and still not the same amazing feeling. I called the sales associate that sold me the mattress expressing my mattress feels nothing like the one on display. The sales associate told me, "You and your husband will need to walk on it a few times until it softens up." Totally unacceptable. I purchased many items throughout the years, when the quality of furniture was true to what you actually purchased. The customer service used to be top notch, now it's totally unprofessional. I feel the sales associates are only nice until they close the deal. Once that deal is closed, you find out Bailey's Furniture no longer care about the customer, and they will gaslight. I will never recommend anyone or do any future business with Bailey's.
