Scheduled a general HVAC inspection. The phone calls were super pleasant and conversations were all helpful. HVAC techs were friendly (I was present during the appt) and were thorough,

Blower Motor for my heater was dead and causing a horrible burning smell through my house.
Quick response to come out and fix with a new motor, even on a weekend. Weekend rate was fair, and the service was very professional.

When my heat went out, Mountain Mechanical repaired my furnace when others couldn't. They were quick, easy to talk to, and offered competitive rates.

We lucked out on New Years day! Our heater stopped working and had a leak in a pipe. Russell came to the rescue! He replaced the pipe and got the heater running well enough till he could get a new fan part the next day. He was so kind he even called to make sure we got in for an appointment. He came back the next day and his work was timely, and quality. He even took the time to explain things to me to help insure I could manage basic up keep and know enough to get help when needed, not the last second in an emergency setting.
Thank you Russell!?

Well, Always On Call Mountain Mechanical checks off all the boxes. Tenants told me there was no heat. I had used Mountain Mechanical before and remembered liking them, so I called them first. Fortunate choice. Curtis came the next day, assessed that the boiler was fried. He showed me proof of this... photos of burned components, soot-encrusted panels, CO levels in the 50s, and a big POOF when he restarted it. ... OMG. Anyway, luckily they had the boiler in stock and installed it 5 days later!.
(After I decided to go with them, a couple friends checked their "guys" and their timelines were WEEKS out, if they even had the boiler. And my cost was considered very fair.) WOW! I'm very grateful for Mountain Mechanical, CURTIS and KAI!!!!

My parents (both in their 70s) purchased a new on-demand water heater system 2 years ago for a little over $10,000 from Mountain Mechanical. One year after it was installed it stopped working and took over a week and half for them to get it working. They did not charge because it was within a month of the warranty. But now one year later it stopped working again but this time they were charged over $700 to repair it. I highly suggest people do their research when selecting a business. Seems like they are not installing correctly or the systems are low quality. These systems are supposed to last over ten years so this seems ridiculous. I would definitely not recommend Mountain Mechanical.

The guys that did my duct cleaning were not professional and apparently not experienced at all. They did not use corner protectors during the duct cleaning and ended up damaging my walls and trim edges. My place is newly renovated and painted, but now I have scuff marks on my walls and brand new door trims. I’ve called them multiple times but all they say is that a contractor will get in touch with me for the repairs. More than two months later and numerous phone calls to them and they still have not fixed the damage they caused. I would not recommend them or use them again.

I had a brand new water heater installed by Gene and team on 6/21/23. Top notch experience, no complaints. They came to take a look when the water heater failed and gave me the options to replace it or repair it to last a little longer. I chose to replace it with the nicer coil heater that connects to the boiler.
Unfortunately, the job proved complicated. They had to contend with figuring out how the last guys configured it, taking the boiler out to get both it and water heater to fit, and suffering a hand injury and needing to call in someone else to help. But they stuck with it all day and the new set up looks great. I really appreciate their work, and the warm shower I was able to take. I will be using Mountain Mechanical in the future.
