We recommend Triple B Construction wholeheartedly. Ben and Bryant recently did a bathroom renovation for us. They are professional from start to finish. They see the project through and do so with integrity. They are very good at communicating and keeping the customer in the loop with the progress of the job they are doing. Ben and Bryant were personally very involved throughout the project process. They go above and beyond with the customer to achieve customer satisfaction. They care about what they are doing, and they do what they say they will do.

I wish I had an option to rate higher than a five star! I was surprised how fast they squeeze me into their schedule. I called several places and they responded very quickly and quoted me a price that I thought was pretty reasonable . I was impressed that they were able to get the roof put on just in time before we got some more bad weather. I would recommend BBB construction for what ever you need done from putting a roof on, remodeling or even building a house. They are absolutely the best

We got multiple estimates for a new roof. Triple B came out the same week that we called them. If you haven’t called about roof work you may not realize how rare that is. At many other companies we had to leave a message and either got no response at all or they could not come any time soon. The price also was right and the person who came out seemed knowledgeable (Brian). The only thing that could use improvement is communication after we signed the contract and paid our deposit. We were given a tentative date dependent upon weather which we totally understood. However, we reached the day prior to the scheduled work with no communication at all. We had to contact them to find out they were 2 weeks behind. We were then given another date. That date came and no one showed up. Again we contacted Triple B. This time we were told they were finishing up a job and would either come the next day (a Friday) or Monday. They did come on Monday and did an excellent job. By 6 pm you would never know they had even come. All debris was cleared, all tools and even the dumpster was gone. I would do business with them and would recommend them to others. To Triple B I would simply recommend more communication with customers. It really goes a long way if YOU contact me to tell me you’re behind rather than me having to call you to ask why you’re not there.

We used BBB Construction to replace a metal roof on our home. They were extraordinarily wonderful to work with. Their workmanship, professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional. They were able to diagnose serious problems with both our roof and chimney and saved us much money and problems for future issues that would have surely occurred had they not found it. Ben and Bryant are very personable and excellent with communication. We highly recommend BBB Construction for anyone looking for quality craftsmanship for their roofing and construction needs.
