I love that I always receive a reminder a couple of days before Prewett is to service my home. Brandon also called to let me know exactly when to expect him the day of. He was very professional, kind and took the time to listen to my concern about getting rid of fleas. Richard was very thorough in explaining the service call. We have had issues with mosquitos. He carefully explained the services he could provide to help eliminate this problem. I recently hired Prewett Pest Control for our home and I couldn't be happier with the service we received. Stan, the technician who came to our house, was extremely professional and thorough in treating both the exterior and interior of our property. His attention to detail and knowledge about pest control really impressed me.

I also want to give a shoutout to Garner Martin for his excellent customer service when I was setting up services over the phone. He was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process seamless.
