Tried using this company for a survery. Drove to Auburn and met with Mike M. in person to discuss the plan of what I was hoping to accomplish.

Made contact with him on 19Jan in person, which was a big plus.

Emailed him my plan the same day and after 4 attempts of email follow-ups, I still have not received a reply.

Called the office 3 times.
1st attemp (21Jan) = he's in a meeting
2nd attempt (31 Jan) = he's out the office, but will contact when he returns
3rd attempt (13 Feb) = he should be contacting you in the next hour

Fast forward to today (24 Feb) and well I guess that hour never came, because I still have yet to hear anything.
