Michael is our repairman. I am certain there are many who are very skilled. He certainly is that but he is also a very good man. We will always use Appliance Connection. We will always ask for our serviceman—Michael!

I am so mad at myself for entrusting this company to repair the washer at our home .

What should have been a one day transaction turned into a week of ineptitude , deception and a supreme insult to my intelligence. I have had some forgettable experiences in the past regarding customer service issues, but this one right here is the absolute worst! And I tipped these people handsomely, giving them the benefit of the doubt that the washer was fixed in a proper manner...It wasn't even close! I can't get that tip back, either, and that's something you usually convey to someone for excellent work or service....that was far from the case with me!!!!

And then they have the gall to attempt to charge me for additional repairs days later when it should have been done right and upfront the first time! Plus they compounded the situation by trying to act as if I'm exaggerating! My fury has never been more righteous. And for the bull**** they've put me through, this review is just the beginning.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT entrust your appliance repair to this place! Odds are, you will deeply regret it as I have. How in the absolute ? did Google give this company a 4.8 rating? ! ??!!!

That is far beyond deceptive. And Appliance Connection is below disappointing. I'm absolutely furious with this substandard excuse for service. Avoid this place at all costs.

I wanted to say a huge thank you to Tyler. He came out after another tech had been out numerous times and failed to fix my brand new washer. He listened to me , and didn’t make me feel ridiculous or stupid . He was able to identify what he thought was the problem and was happy to explain it to me . The person I made the appointment with did not give me the correct information and only wanted to make a sale for the $115 service fee that way overpriced for the service. The service tech tried to rationalize the pricing and quoted me a $500 labor fee that I asked about in advance from the phone representative. The tech kept asking if I wanted to get him to fix my washing machine for their repair charge which is the same price as a new washing machine. I even gave the tech the part number that he said that I needed because he couldn’t find it when he was trying to look it up. I would advise against using this company if at all possible especially if you don’t want to pay a repair cost that is equal or almost the same cost of a new washing machine.

Okay, Will is awesome! The cost for parts was coming to like... over $500 WITHOUT labor. He found the parts I needed on amazon for UNDER $50! He said, “If you went with the original cost, I would try my best to try and talk you out of it.” Lol!! Needless to say, I will be using Appliance Connection again if I have trouble in the future.

We had a great experience this morning having our washer and dryer delivered and installed. Cornell and Brandon were very polite and assertive. We have used Appliance Connection for repairs over the years and they have always come on time and done great work. We were happy to be able to purchase a new set from them and for them to be able to turn around and deliver and install so quickly. Would highly recommend!
