The service was requested to repair a gas leak manifested by smell from the gas range. The technician quickly checked the gas range, concluded that there was no leak, collected $115 and left. Then, I used another company whose technician found the leak in the flex line behind the gas range. The Service Inc technician did not even care to check the line behind the range! I brought this issue to Service Care Inc attention twice, over email and regular mail indicating that this service was unprofessional and dishonest and that the service fee should be refunded. Non only I did not get a refund, they have not even bothered to respond at all!

I have never had any service company as great as the Service Care team. It took several visits to be able to replace a part on my washing machine that is in a very tight closet. They were determined to get the job done right. I felt bad that it was such a difficult job. Toxey the owner and Hays went above and beyond and are both so nice. I will be using them always. I have signed up for their VIP program which is a great deal to help keep your appliances performing at their best. This is the best Service company ever. They truly care about their clients and a job well done.

Our service technician Marcus was awesome! He was very professional, on time, friendly, and knowledgeable of what was needed to fix our two separate appliance issues. We needed our dryer fixed. Called Service care and Christina was so polite and very helpful. Within four days our dryer was checked out by Marcus and fixed also by Marcus, he was prompt, called before he was arriving and cleaned up any mess. Great experience would definitely recommend and use again if needed.
