I booked a load with them at a rate the provided. Another dispatcher from my company called about the load and they emailed me saying we need to be 4 hundred dollars cheaper to book with you or we are going to give it to the other dispatcher at your company. Bad way to do business especially for being in business for 90 years. Will never book with them again.

Overall

They give all their good loads to company drivers and fleece purchase drivers. We nearly starved towards the end because we are truly owner operators. Final straw was having to deadhead 2200 miles home for jury duty because they don’t know how to dispatch.
They kept saying stuff like “we treat our drivers like family.” That is NOT how I would ever treat family.
Insecurity is a dangerous beast, so watch out for the administrative support. Something really bad must have happened to make someone that evil.
They get three stars because they did pay us all that they owed us.

5 star company with great staff and dispatchers. This company works with u and home time is exceptional. Even with a down market, settlements have been $2k or better. Great equipment, trucks, loads and options.

Baggett truck driver driving truck 828L tried to use his truck as a weapon and could've killed me and my wife on 12/11/2023. We were on hwy 75N headed towards Atlanta, Ga from Macon. We were about 7-8 miles from the Jackson exit. It had been raining kind of hard off and on and the Hwy speed is 70. It is a 3 lane Hwy and we were in the far right lane doing about 60-65. I notice this truck coming from my rear view, I am not sure if he was coming down in the right lane and moved over to the middle lane by the time I noticed bc he saw I wasn't going as fast as he was but either way by the time he rushed up to pass me (I would presume) the car in his lane ended up slowing down so now we are side by side and he swerves his truck over in my lane which scared me to death. Luckily I maintained my car and he ended up getting behind me at that point and proceeded to ride my tail which let me know that his actions were purposely done to intimidate me to move but WHERE TO? I was already in the far right lane and we are on a three lane HWY he could've used any of them to pass or maybe just slowed down and rode with the slow traffic since his exit was coming up. At this point I am thinking it is over but he again got by into the middle lane and came up right beside me again our cars were right in line with each other I wasn't in his blind spot or anywhere near his tailor. His passenger door and my driver door where right beside each other and he did it again. This time he came over even more then the first time. At this point I am shaking while still trying to hold my lane. I have never been so terrified in my life. He ended up getting back behind me and getting off at the Jackson exit but not before laying on his city horn. HE SHOULD NOT BE DRIVING AT ALL. I called the so called manager and he said he would "have a talk about safety" with him but only thinks he was wrong for riding my bumper and that him swerving over was probably an accident even though he has the video and was watching it while on the phone with me smdh you can imagine how I felt having my life being put in jeopardy not once but twice and then having it downplayed as if it were an accident. I will be looking into speaking with some else.

They still owe me my $1500.00 escrow from when we were leased onto them, we left on good terms or so we thought. We never even received a final pay settlement that indicated we owed anything which we did not. Avoid this company if you are a owner operator looking to lease onto a company you won't get your escrow back and they refuse to answer and if you call from different numbers like I have to try and speak to someone they won't answer it.
