I had schedule a removal of a tree house that fell apart during the las storm. No only did they give me a reasonable quote but they also demolished and hauled away the pieces that were still hanging from the tree. 5 star experience from the beginning to the end!

Needed an old couch removed and called around to see what my options were. I had not been familiar with Junk Kings of Alabaster but their reviews were positive so I gave them a call. Their pricing was competitive but still better than anyone else I had called. They were able to schedule my pick up with no issues. When it came time for pick up I received a call from Chris letting me know he’d be there at 2p and he and his team were here at 2pm on the dot. All 3 gentleman were polite and efficient. I will definitely keep Junk Kings of Alabaster in mind for future needs.

I scheduled to have a small dumpster dropped off at my house on a Saturday. This was the Labor Day weekend, and this service was supposed to be blocked on their website, for obvious reasons. For some reason, the block didn't take. The guy that delivers them was on holiday, so they called and asked if they could drop it off on Tuesday, and offered me a discount. I was moving that Wednesday, so I told them the money wasn't the issue, the timing was.
Well, they arranged for another gentleman to drop it off after he had finished his other jobs, and he showed up around 2:30 with my dumpster. That added about 70 extra miles to his day, and I'm sure he wasn't too happy about it. You wouldn't know it though dealing with him. Very nice and professional. Same with the pickup on Tuesday. I received a phone call and text with the pickup details, and everything went smoothly. I hope I don't need them any time soon, but I'd go nowhere else if I do. I highly recommend this company!

Still scratching my head how I still have a garage full at the new house, plus a 10 x 10 storage room to boot!

Junk Kings did an excellent job! I called this morning at 8 am to set up a junk removal appointment. They arrived by 10 am and were done by 11. The men were friendly, professional, and very hard working. I am so grateful to them for the relief I feel now that my room is cleared out. Thank you, Junk Kings!
