Unfair to rate them a one star I suppose, but after being told by a nice sounding lady their guy who did the measuring would contact me the next week, next week has never come. That was 3 weeks ago.

Tried to get estimate for blinds. Told they would come next week but got a call at 9am they could be here around noon. After waiting called at 2pm and was told no they decided not to come. When we called the office to discuss pretty much told not their problem they weren’t coming out and they didn’t have to update us. After stating how bad the customer service was the owner told us to “go to hell”. wow not how to get a customer.

Worse mistake I ever made in my life! If I could give this a negative one star I would.
Very unprofessional and the customer service is horrible!! They cut corners and try to make a quick buck. These so called professionals laid the new flooring on top of the old Parquet flooring causing it to buckle. Ms Sue shows very little concern about the customer and doesn’t care anything about what the customers issues are. She kept saying I had a moisture problem when clearly I DIDN’T! I had an Anderson Flooring problem.

Overall

The experience I had was so very unprofessional spoke with a guy name Woody requested an estimate.
The gentleman told me he would call me back to set up a date which he never did.
So I called back ended up setting up a date for the middle of the week on Wednesday and never showed up.
Once again I called back spoke with Miss Anderson she kept referring to you’re the guy that wanted multiple estimates. She said she would get Woody to call me back he never did.
So I called back again Woody informed me that Miss Anderson said she was not gonna get into a bidding war but he would ask if she wanted to do the job.
So at that point I politely told him that she would never get a dime of my money and forget we ever had this conversation!
To make a long story short if you plan on getting estimates from a very unprofessional establishment don’t let them know that you’re getting multiple estimates!
Looking at past reviews I don’t see how anybody would have them do any any work because all I see is negative reviews and this is one of them as well. I would never consider or recommend using this establishment ever!

I posted a review several weeks ago that was quite different than what I am now posting since the finish project was not installed professionally and to satisfactory conditions. It has been very DIFFICULT to work with anyone at the store getting someone that has the ability and knowledge and experience to lay the flooring that was installed very poorly and I hope we will at least get a year out of flooring before I have to have another flooring company come back and redo the job that was done with little to no care or respect for the homeowner home. . I have now had to threaten the owners with a lawsuit if they do not have the issues taken care by the weeks end.
