Roger & Ken are horrible, their work is horrible, they would rather climb a tree and tell a lie than stand on the ground and tell the truth. I had an attorney fire them and do intend to have him sue both the company and the owners to try and recover some of the money lost to them and paid to other contractors to finish their disaster. I NOW HEAR THEY TOOK BANKRUPTCY

Bathroom remodel. Scheduling was easy. It was completed in 8 days. Time was due to allowing drying time. New appliances overall are not as powerful as older fixtures. this has to do with government regulations.

We had a large remodel job.
Initial experience with Roger was great. Getting details of our specifications into a contract was not. (4) specs/contracts later, all communication stopped. Would not respond to us.
We write it off as the normal 'Lower Alabama' way of doing business: if you find somebody to do your job at a good price, be CAUTIOUS... likely it will not happen.
VERY GLAD we did not pursue any further.

ADVICE: STAY AWAY.

Roger Tracey: We personally met with you to start the contract. DANA managed the contract, then things went bad. Poor communications, errors, etc.. You said you fired her, then Kenneth Wilson took over our account. He then left. CRICKETS.

Not the way to do business. We're not rookies.

I hired this company for a remodel job because they at first were responsive and gave me a gauranteed start date for my remodel project. As soon as they got my 50% deposit, they were near impossible to get a hold of and they didn't show up to the job site. They claimed to never have given me a start date and told me "we don't know when we will get to you, because we are busy." They never tried to resolve the issue, so I tried to get my deposit back and they refused to. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I lost $4,500 so far and they did absolutely no work.

Kitchen bath Floors & More LLC came to my home and gave me an estimate on some remodeling work. The salesman was amazing he listened to what I wanted. He did not try to pressure me into anything I did not want. I was very pleased with that visit, when they came to do the work the guys were professional on time and did a fantastic job on my bathroom remodel I would highly recommend this company to anyone with granite and remodeling needs.

Owners Chuck & DeLayne Garrett truly care about the individuals and will work with you to create your dream remodel/update/repair. In my case my home was destroyed (twice), once by hurricane and once by flood. Chuck fixed us up, better than previous AND worked with our insurance company to come in ahead of schedule and under budget.
