Josh and Terron just completed repairs on two of my hurricane roll down shutters. They arrived promptly and got right to work. They were polite, professional and diligent. Easy Shutter Services (a.k.a. Gulf Coast Roll-a-way) installed electric roll-a-way storm shutters and storm Bahama shutters at my home 6 years ago. They have been a GREAT product, and Willy and his crew have done a professional job whenever I have wanted cleaning or maintenance. I use my roll-up shutters all the time - not just during hurricanes. They block light, add security, and lift and lower at the flip of a switch. I highly recommend this company. Look around their website because they have many other types of products for storm protection and/or sun protection that might fit your needs. You will get great customer service and quality products.

Thank you Gulf Coast Roll-A-Way (operating as Easy Shutter Services)! The experience from start to finish has been laudable. Of note, I rarely offer five stars, or scores of nine or 10. However, in this case, I would be remiss if I did not. At each encounter with Gulf Coast Roll-A-Way, my husband and I were met with professionalism and exemplary customer service. Moreover and while a rarity today, the consistent use of "thank you," "yes ma'am," "yes sir," etc., did not go unnoticed. Regrettably our experience of late, having recently completed a new build, has left an unpalatable taste and regard for contractors. As a matter of fact, we thought long and hard about even getting shutters for that very reason. Nevertheless, we researched shutter companies and landed on three for estimates. Following our initial visit with Gulf Coast Roll-A-Way (estimate #3), we were sold. Not only is the product preferable (size of box is not as large), but the politeness, attention to detail, follow through, and exceptional patience with ALL of my questions made our decision easy. We are pleased. The install completed without incident. Referred one neighbor. Thank you so much for such a great experience! Gulf Coast Roll-a-Way is very professional. Willie and his team are excellent to work with and great communication. We had an issue with one of our shutters at our condo not going back up. They came out immediately and did a temporary fix then after the parts came in came and fixed it permanently. These guys know their stuff! I’d gladly recommend them to anyone.
