Scheduling and service was quick and efficient. Felt that the repair was overpriced. The dryer timer and button needed replacing on my dryer and the price quoted on the phone was $130 less than what I ended up paying. I am happy with the repair but the technician should verify the cost of service prior to doing the work.

Service fee and labor fee was a fair price and diagnostic fee was removed since I knew the issue. My issue primarily relates to the parts cost because I could have purchased the parts cheaper than what I was charged and would have been okay with no warranty rather than pay $80 more in parts.

Easy to work with. They were able to come out same day. This is the 2nd time they fixed my 8 or so year old dryer. Their service fees have gone about 25% hence the 4 stars. Even still, will likely use them next time because they are easy to work with. Hopefully , it will be a couple of years before I need them again, though.

Mason came by to install our dishwasher tonight and did a fantastic job. Very personable guy and they came really quickly as we just called them this morning after a contractor from a big box store fell through.

He also put up with my two year old wanting to “help” and my dog incessantly trying to warn us that there was a stranger in the house. Very reasonably priced as well.

This is not a scrupulous company.

They worded the phone call as if the price was $85 to find the problem with my refrigerator. Come to find it's a split cost with another hidden fee, so $130 for a visit/diagnostic. Rick says he mentioned it, but if you word something like a snake and only say the 1st $85 fee, and not the hidden $45 fee - you're lying by omission. Yes, you're a liar, Rick. Be better.

If it's $130, say $130.

I am not at fault if a company isn't forward and understandable with their pricing.

Also after describing my problem, Rick, who claims to have been in business for 25 years, did NOT tell me that IF it was freon leak (known issue with refrigerators), they wouldn't be able to fix it.
That's not a service they do. I assume he didn't mention it because if he had told me that, I would have called someone else who could do any potential repair. But he went ahead and scheduled with me.

Hidden fees - boasting to be a repair service but not informing me on the limitations of their actual REPAIR service - this guy knows exactly what he's doing.

No storefront, either. Just a random address in South Huntsville.

Call someone else.

Rick and his assistant were AWESOME! Communication was great, set up an appointment right away, came out to my house with the correct part needed for the repair (diagnosed it over the phone). After they fixed my washer (and showed me steps to take to keep it in good working order), Rick noticed my dryer vent was not hooked up properly. They graciously fixed the vent (COMPLETELY clogged with lint) and cleaned out the piled up lint inside the dryer. They truly saved my family from a real FIRE HAZARD!!! I can't thank Rick enough. Rick saved the day while also saving me a good bit of money! I had been chasing an issue with our dryer timer for a couple of weeks that a new timer (and other parts) hadn't resolved. Rick was professional even offering some potential solutions over the phone to remedy the failure and avoiding the cost of repair. He is committed to responding to customer calls the same day or, at the worst, the next day. Highly knowledgeable (to the point of training apprentices), you can count on Rick providing you honest input on the repairs required and charging a very reasonable price. At 4:40 on a Friday he had diagnosed the failed component in my KitchenAid dishwasher. He called the parts dealer, asked him to remain open after 5:00, drove to the dealer and returned to fix my dishwasher by 5:45. Why? He didn’t want me to be without a dishwasher for the weekend.
