So I had really loud and obnoxious, squeaky dryer for a couple of weeks and decided to give Charlie a call! He came over to diagnose the issue and took the dryer fully apart to discover it needed a new baron. He called around for the baron I needed for my Fridgidaire dryer and ordered it for me, for a reasonable price as well. He followed up with me the next week to come back to install the new baron. My dryer is running like new and not squeaky because of his services! He is very prompt and knowledgeable in his field, and I would highly suggest him for your appliances issues!

It is so easy to write something negative about a business, as a customer service leader, I see it all the time. This review is all about excellent and outstanding overall service that I received and experienced between Christmas of 2022 and New Year's 2023.
My Jenn-air freezer was not sealing properly and froze shut. C&M came by and evaluated it and decided it would need to be defrosted. He came back on New Year's Eve and worked on my freezer until when it closed, it was properly sealed shut.
He is very personable. He even followed up with me on New Year's Day and wished me a happy holiday!
This is customer service that is very rare these days, but is greatly appreciated. I used this as an example of excellent customer service for my leadership team!

We usually use a different repair company but they were backed up for weeks, so we took a shot with C&M based on the Google reviews. From this experience, the five-star ratings are 100% justified. Charlie got to our house an hour early, had the problem diagnosed in under an hour despite us sending him on a wild goose chase (it was the main logic board and not the water valve or pump), went out and picked up the part, came back, and had our dishwasher up and running the same afternoon. Very reasonable rate, very courteous and professional. C&M will get our appliance repair business from now on.

Charlie came out to repair our GE refrigerator. It’d cool down to 36 and heat back up between 43-46 degrees. He tested everything and of course, nothing was wrong. He said it could be the fan or the control panel. He ordered the fan, which was the cheapest, and it’s working now! He could have said we needed to control panel and charged us a lot more, but he didn’t. Super sweet and he’ll be our main guy for our appliances now. Wish I could give him more stars.
