Required full payment with cashiers check before they would schedule the pour. When they showed up with terrible unusable concrete I understood why. Driver refused to add more water as we requested and now we have to tear out the last half of what they poured

This company’s product and quality was horrible, the concrete was garbage. There was barely concrete and mostly gravel. I do not recommend this company.

Constantly late. Reserved multiple truck loads just to be told day of that they don't have enough trucks to fill my needed amount(ordered 2 trucks for 1:30 for the first one to arrive around 2:15, then told they don't even have a second truck available when i had already reserved the second one which finallyshowed at almost 4:30!
Also, when there is an issue from thier end they never call and make it right. They wait till you call them.

Does not follow the city noise ordinance. Came barreling in to our neighborhood before 6am on a Saturday pouring a foundation, loud as can be, mere feet from many houses.

Just finished washing concrete splatter off of my car windshield. That’s thanks to the inconsiderate driver of truck 182 who chose the middle of the street on High Road in Skyline Acres to wash out his troughs after a pour. Splashed me as I was driving past on Saturday, 5 OCT at about 9:20 A.M. Thought it was just water after another worker pointed it out but it started to stain by the time I got to my driveway. Tried to cop an attitude with me as if it was MY fault. Called Rodney, in dispatch and he was of zero assistance. Didn’t offer so much as an apology. Unbelievable. When, not if, I require concrete service, I won’t be calling Alabama Concrete Company.
