Nice staff, polite, I was looking for to purchase a few pieces of Jute Carpet Padding, they told me to go to Joann Fabrics. Understandable.

My sunroof cover was coming off, I took it to Mr. Moore just to put the filling back and close it up... my sunroof didn't open after that
I took it back... wasn't fixed, he manually puts the cover on
I come back again cuz I can't open my sunroof and he decided he wouldn't work on it anymore, said he couldn't do anything when in fact he broke my sunroof
So now I'm stuck with a sunroof and cover that doesn't work.
He has a very very nasty Attitude talking to customers, especially ones who already supported him.
I wouldn't recommend unless you want more problems after

I had them replace the headliner in my car, they had it ready by the next day, looking great and at a very reasonable price.

I will post this in a short straight to the point on what happeded and then an in depth version below.
I have a classic car that needed new seat covers, foam, etc installed for the front bucket seats and rear bench seat. I gave them all the material so I just needed their professional labor experience to do it correctly.
I spent $3k for the new seat covers foam and other misc material needed to do it correctly. When I got the car back I noticed ithe covers was not installed correctly making my new covers rip because they did not put the listing wire in the covers so it will not rip the covers over time from the hog rings. No, this could not be seen at the time of pickup because the seats were mounted in the car partially in fact. Also the fabric pattern (lines) does not line up from the back rest to the bottom part. They are a 1/2" off or so making it look like a professional didn't do it.
Long version
As stated above I bought all the material needed. I just needed the professional labor. I gave them the 2 bucket seats (one new frame and one original) and the rear bench seat (back and bottom piece.) And all the Installation material needed. The car was not given to them at this time because they were supposed to make up the seats. I would then make an appointment to bring in the car to fix some minor wrinkles in the "headliner rear corners" then install the seats.
I went there a couple days later to drop off 1 headrest and the hardware for it.
At that time he showed me the finished rear seat pieces in separate rooms. He also said for me to take back the installation kit I bought for the bucket seats because it was not needed and also said he had some extra from the rear seat installation kit if needed. So I took it back with me.
I called about a week later asking when I could bring in the car. He said a few days or so, I am not 100% sure. At that time I had a feeling the front seats were not done. So I told him I still have the installation kit if he still needs it. He let me know that he did not need it. At that same time I also stated i don't care as long as it was done right. I also mentioned I saw the manufacturer of the seat cover has a installation video of this exact seat and car in case there are questions. He made me feel like he knows what he is doing and I believed that because he has good reviews.
So I made an appointment for a Friday because it is the only day I am off.
So I go there thinking maybe in 2-4 hours they would fix the headliner and install the seats. Little did I know they wanted the car to stay there. It ended up being 5 days or so. Huh? What was the purpose of leaving the seats there if you weren't going to make all of them up?
So I left it there and called a few days later to see if it was done and he said no, need a couple more days.
They called and left a message saying it was ready for pickup. So we picked up the car later in the week. Little did I know they did not fix the headliner and the passenger side seat was not mounted correctly because they could not get the holes to line up. I don't blame him for the passenger seat mounting because it was my parts I brought him, but I thought it was unprofessional not to mention the headliner or seat problem on the phone when they called saying it is ready for pickup.
Besides all of that you can feel the firmness difference between the two bucket seats. My guess is he probably used the old cotton.layer on the passenger side, and no cotton layer on the driver's side because that was the one with a new seat frame and he did not use the installation kit that had the cotton layers and the listing wire to prevent riping of the seat covers.
In case anyone is wondering the listing wire goes in a pocket around all the edges of the seat covers where it gets mounted to the frame. The seat covers have to be stretched and are always under tension to make them tight. Without this wire the material will just rip because nothing is holding it back except vinyl which will rip.
In my honest opinion this type of workmanship is unprofessional.
