Overall

This is the company that you have to work with if you need any type of sea wall , bulk head work done, gave a good price on the work and after watching them I thought wow they are earning the money, not one detail was overlooked, if anything it was over built I would have been happy at several points but that was no good enough for them, highly recommend

Bay front marina is wonderful. They did everything in a timely manner and they got the job done correctly. all the workers that worked on my pier and on my roof were courteous and very clean and well mannered when they were at my house and on my property, I couldn’t ask for a better crew. I will ask them to come back anytime for anything else next year they’re coming to help add onto the pier lower deck thank you very much for a wonderful job you guys did.

Overall

I will start with our area is a bit soft and marshy. Our budget was not big and Bayfront kept the quoted price the same and even did extra work to ensure our job of decking was made easy. Professional and knowledgeable are words that I would use to describe this company. They took the time to get to know our area and test drive pilings before they started our project. They worked extra hard to ensure that the job was done to perfection, no damage to the soft surrounding areas, and even cleaned up as if they were never there. I would absolutely recommend Joey and his team to anyone.

Joey built our bulk head and landscaping wall on Fowl River. Did a great job! He used the right pile lengths and material. Very good craftsmanship and thorough. Highly recommend him for work.

Overall

Joey Schreiner and his crew with Bayfront Marine Construction completed our boat house today. They did an awesome job for the best price around! Brittany Stinson and I are both really impressed. He used a higher grade of treatment on the wood than most other contractors, and he didn't take any shortcuts. (EX: Other folks used .6 CCA on bottom framing, He used .8. Others used .15 on deck boards, he used .6. He also used rough cut lumber.) If a piling was off by a fraction of a percent on the walkway, he would pull it out and startover. He spent more than 25% of his time making sure everything was perfect/square when others would have proceeded on. We'll definitely be calling him for any future work. Book him up quickly, because the quality for this price will not last long as demand is going to continually go up.
