Ordered the starter for a piece of equipment. I told them out of the box. It didn’t look right they said if you keep your receipt, just bring it back later. I brought it back. They said we don’t take extra electronic parts back. It’s our policy. I asked you change your policy in three days, when the same guy told me I could bring it back if it doesn’t work ordered it off Amazon a third of the price dead on match. This is one reason why the brick and mortar stores are losing ground. They got that $300 for part off of me. They won’t get another one.

Recently moved to Montgomery from Savannah, GA and now have almost 7 acres with a Pecan Orchard, extensive landscaping and gardens. I needed something more efficient than my Cub Cadet riding mower and self propelled mower obviously.
I had researched various ztm mowers, sizes and brands. Chad Spriggs was very helpful. His knowledge of what I needed to maintain my property without any “upselling” or pressure to buy was much appreciated. With Chad’s assistance I decided on a Cub Cadet 60” ztm and I’m very satisfied with my choice. Delivery was within less than an hour. Chad was professional, helpful and knowledgeable on brands, products, warranties and service. I’m sure to purchase other needed items from CTE / Chad again. Thanks again, Chad! : )

I bought my mower from them in March of 2015 and I absolutely love my mower. If I could go back and do it again, I would not do it, just because I would have to deal with the people here. They have the worst customer service. I have had nothing but unpleasant experiences with them from literally the day they delivered my mower 8 hours late because the delivery guy was cutting grass on the side. I have been calling, emailing and texting for 3 days and the one guy in parts, Bruce, is almost impossible to reach, will not call me back, or email me, and acts like he is doing you a favor when you do finally get him on the phone. Any time you call, you get a recording and have to leave a message for someone to call you back. I found a dealer in Georgia that I am ordering parts from and very gladly will pay the extra shipping just to never have to deal with these people again. This place is horrible. I have been putting up with them for a long time because they are local, but not anymore. I'll pay more and wait longer for parts before I go back here.

Been here several times over the past couple of years. Every
time i come in for service on my equipment, these people always tell me the same thing. We're 5 to 6 months booked up!! I thought at least once I could get my equipment fix. They pushed me off one time to a shade tree repair man.That was a nightmare!! I have money and was willing to wait. But honestly, if it took 5 to 6 months to get your equipment back, they would be out of business and so would i. So now i understand what that really means! We don't want your business! Don't worry! I'll never return. And I'll make sure to spread the word!
