We had a second shower renovation done by Bath Fitter this week. Matt Herndon was our installer and we were very pleased with the results. He did a great job with the install, worked diligently, and was considerate. I waited a couple days and then tried the shower....to find that the water would only drip out. Matt was already planning a second trip to make a couple updates to our first bath renovation. I contacted and informed him of the issue. When he came today, he was quickly able to diagnose and resolve the issue with the water. He also made a couple changes in the first install, which enhanced the appearance dramatically, in my opinion. Great job, overall.

My experience with this Bathfitters has been horrible. My first install was 11 months ago and I’m on my 3rd install of the same bath. This bath currently leaks into the floor below and they did a ton of damage to the exterior walls.

I started this process in May of 2023 and my bath is still currently unusable in June of 2024. I’m incredibly discouraged and not sure what to do or if my bathroom with ever be complete.

Find a company with better workmanship and knows what they’re doing.

We needed to have our original fiberglass insert shower replaced with a low step, easy walk-in shower. Steve Guidice, with Bath Fitters, gave us the best deal on their high quality acrylic replacement shower. Their installer, Matt Herndon was very punctual and arrived one morning and had our new, low step, walk-in shower completely installed that day. Thanks to all your crew for a great job!

Cody was my installer the young man appeared in good time, looked very professional, introduced himself. Covered the carpet and began to work. It rained the first so the teardown, plumbing and tub was completed the first day. Arrived 8am the following day and completed the wall and trimming. Outstanding job and very grateful for his knowledge and experience.

Bath fitters , Matt Herndon , installed me a shower today. Very nice personable young man. He came in and introduced himself and took care to cover a walkway to the bathroom so as not to mess up my floors. Before he left he cleaned up and did not leave a mess. He went over all instruments with me and I would recommend him to anyone that needs a new shower. Thanks bath fitters for hiring such nice young men to work for you.

We contacted Bath Fitter, Mr. Charles Shelby came out assessed what our needs and wishes were, gave us options on removing existing tub in both bathrooms. We chose a walk-in shower in one bathroom and a tub in the other. Barry Horton came out to do the installation. Barry was very professional, working diligently on both bathrooms completing the projects in a few days. We were very pleased with his work and the time he took to do the install correctly. We were also pleased with the cleanup after the project even taking the old tubs away. We are pleased with the workmanship Barry provided. We would recommend Bath Fitters.
