well today 08/15/2022 I was referred to them by a friend, he gave me the address for the location on hwy 11th or their warehouse, Iwas "helped" by a very mean lady waring a Green blouse, very mean. I have to shout " Good morning" in the place because I didn't see any one , i herd somebody answering with a "YES" when I walked to an office looking for who it was , this lady on green came and asked me " What do you want" i said i need some help, I am looking for a countertop, and she was like " we don't sell them here you have to go to the showroom, the address is on the door , she said; asked her is it on this same rd and she said no is in a different, the address is on the door.
seem like she had had a rough morning, i'll try their showroom next time

I am so disappointed in this company.
Initially, everything was good, however my countertops were installed with a hole cut into my marble that I NEVER asked for. Five months later, and trying to get returned phone calls and texts to resolve, they refuse to replace the countertops or give me a portion of my money back because they said I approved it. I never signed anything and two plans were presented, one was correct, one was incorrect.

I would NOT use this company.

They stopped returning my calls and ignored me. Pitiful customer service.

Called to see if they had any Cynclips to use on my dropped kitchen sink and the man said they didn't use those, rather they drilled holes on the backside of the Granite when cutting. (Which is the right way to do it, I have read.). He then gave me a several suggestions on how to fix the problem without buying the clips. I was so appreciative since my husband is trying to tackle the issue instead of paying for someone to do it. I will be contacting Surface One in the future to install bathroom countertops.

Ryan helped us pick out the perfect countertops based on what we were looking for. They were professional from the time we shopped until everything was done. We went to several places for quotes and Surface One was cheaper than the others.

We are very happy with the service and the counters that we received from Surface One. Everyone we dealt with was very happy and they went out of their way to get the material we preferred. Bruce, Tebra, Cheryl, and Mary Margaret answered any questions we had and made sure we got what we wanted. Brent, who measured the kitchen, was very knowledgeable and explained the whole fabrication and installation process. Thank you to everyone!

We stopped in to get prices for a kitchen counter top remodel. Sales person not very knowledgeable and did not offer us a price while we were there. Told us she would email quote "within the hour" well it has been almost 2 weeks, and no quote. If you can not provide pricing when promised I sure will not trust you to provide materials. We will not be purchasing here

This company was subcontracted by my kitchen remodel company to provide granite countertops. First issue is that they will not come measure 'after hours' so we had to take off work to be available. The job required 4 pieces of granite, one to be joined. Again we were asked to take off work to come view the work particularly the joint. They had equipment in front of one of the pieces, so we missed the fact that this piece was too short on the end. The sealer from counter to cabinet even showed.
We complained thru the contractor and Surface One gave them a heard time about replacing it. After weeks of waiting they sent two workers out and again the piece was too short. After that, they finally sent someone out to measure again. A third piece was sent out after 9 or so weeks and this piece finally fit. Not only were we put out because of lost of time in the kitchen, but the installer with the third piece was the original installer and he told us he told the Source One owner that he knew we would not be happy with the first piece. So this is the kind of shoddy work they try to get away with. Not to mention the lack of cooperation with my contractor to work out the issue. I would not recommend them.
