The sales representative (Ryan) who came out checked all the blocks of a great sales person. He was very knowledgeable, courtesy and patient. He provided guidance without being pushy. I purchased these windows in 2020. It took two salesman to come out before we could get the ball rolling. Our second sales guy was great which we thought would be an indication of the quality of our windows. From the outside they look great but they don’t seem to be much more insulated that the windows I replaced from 1969.

We replaced a total of 10 windows in our home and this was t cheap by any means. We had two screen with holes in them within a month. We also are having bugs seeping through our window. I didn’t have this issue with the older windows. I have been filing complaints on the website , requesting technicians and , contacting GM’s and emailing their home office located outside of Alabama.
We had a guy to finally come to replace our screens after one whole year. Instill have bugs in my window seals .

The technicians missed several appointments and took forever to contact me.

When they finally contacted me I wasn’t able to immediately fit it in my schedule.

To top it off, during the installing their install crew, took it upon themselves to assist my 16 year old son at the time with moving our suburban out of the driveway. He was running out to get an errand done and but the install crew their tools all move the driveway and their truck had us blocked in. I guess they didn’t feel that my son could move the car so they decided to assist. I heard a noise and and saw the driving in my driver seat moving my car. I ask him to please not do that . . It was December and the sun has already set . The next morning I contacted the sales person to inform them of this issue.

The bugs and spiders Coming into our window seal and the dent in our car still has not been addressed. No company is perfect but the way in which they handled my complaints and the length of time it has taken is outrageous. I am already two years into a warranty and the issue hasn’t been addressed in a timely manner .
Our hope is that they repair the dent in our vehicle, repair our windows and extent our warranty . This should not have taken this long.
