Several years ago I began looking for a land agent to represent me as my wife and I started the search our next piece of property. After a year or so of following many of the agents in my area on social media, Josh Holley continued to be among the names that impressed me the most by his work ethic and the extra mile he was willing to go for his clients. I gave Josh a call and he spend an hour talking with me to figure out all the details of what I was looking for and how we could accomplish that goal. Josh would call me every month to check in with me, answer all my questions, and keep me updated on the current market conditions. After two years of searching and looking at multiple properties, we finally found our dream property. Josh was there for us every step of the way and did everything in his power to ensure that we ended up at the closing table on our dream place. One thing that has provided me with more confirmation that I selected the best agent for me is after closing there were a few minor things that came up. Speaking from experience, most people would’ve ignored any issues/concerns that arise after closing. However, Josh continued to make my best interest a priority.
