My husband got windows replaced on behalf of a company he does business for in which he paid for windows to be replaced out of his pocket. The company he works for wrote a check out to Autauga Glass, so Autauga Glass was paid twice for the service.

The owner called my husband to come and pick up the check today. Instead of returning the check to my husband the owner's wife tells him that he cannot cash the d@mn check anyway and she was very rude with him. He is a law enforcement deputy and was in uniform and he was very respectful even after she was disrespectful and rude. He asked her why are you being rude and she replied, "you haven't seen rude yet!' He then asked for a card, and she replied ''I am the owner’s wife!’ At this point he told her to have a good day and left the establishment.

They asked him to come and pick up the check and when he
arrived they treated him poorly. That was very unprofessional of this company to treat a paying customer in that manner.

I would highly recommend Autauga Glass and Mirror! Got a quote for broken window panels in my home on 7/11. My 3 windows were repaired the next day! Larry was very kind and professional. I wish I had more windows needing repaired, they look so good. It was affordable and fast. I really appreciate the hard work! Saved us a lot of money not having to replace the entire window.

They squeezed us in on a busy Monday morning, repaired our car windshield quickly and it looks great. The whole staff (family) was friendly and accommodating. Great job!

I took off work specifically for them to come give us a quote on our shower door because they couldn’t give us a specific time except for “midday”. He called about an hour ago (9:30) to let me know that they wouldn’t be able to make it out today because they scheduled other business in Montgomery since they were going to be driving out here anyway and the other houses in Montgomery supposedly canceled because of the weather, and he said due to to gas prices he wanted to reschedule mine so he’s not driving out here just for me. . I told him I took off specifically for them to come out. He didn’t say anything. He didn’t apologize. He just said he 100 % wasn’t coming out today and could do Monday and if I couldn’t do Monday “that’s fine”.
