We drove an hour to get to Splash on a Saturday morning as our local pool company couldn’t help us. They recommended we go there. We got there and after a large coffee our bladders were full. We gave them the part we were looking for and I asked for the restroom. The lady said no. We don’t have a restroom for The Public.
I didn’t feel like we were The Public considering we were there to spend money, but she absolutely refused to let us use a restroom. I guess it’s more important to them to refuse a restroom than to sell what they sell.

If I could describe this establishment in one word it would be rude!

Don’t expect a warm and accepting environment when you visit this store, especially if that visit might be close to their absurdly early for a retail establishment closing time of 5 PM, but instead you should expect rude employees that want to tell you about all the reasons they don’t have time to help you instead of trying to earn the business of a new customer.

Save yourself the hassle and drive a little bit further to find a different store with better product selection and customer service!

Two weeks ago we had a new vinyl in ground pool liner installed. Jack worked methodically to fix our cement issues, updated all jets, skimmer ring, a missing skimmer door and ensured per our extra request to change out the old sand in our filter. All was done professionally, stressless & drama-free. It was a pleasurable experience.

Worst company to deal with. After a year of delays, my in ground pool was finished just 7 months ago and I now have a leaking sand filter that needs repair due to Jack not installing properly. He took short cuts. He does not return phone calls. A very stressful experience. Do not use this company. Awful!

Debbie and her employees are such a joy to work with. Very courteous and professional. Always friendly and helpful. Debbie is the best when it comes to knowing what your pool needs to stay running clean and clear. I have been going to Splash Pools since 2010 and wouldn’t use another company for my pool care needs. They Are the best!
