Hunter, Lauren and the rest at Smith and Clark are very professional and available to communicate with whenever needed. I also enjoyed being able to meet with them personally at their nearby office in Spanish Fort. They are knowledgeable about county requirements and handle the approval process and they're equipped to handle small jobs as well as more involved and complex projects. They are also networked to find whatever help is needed to help you with varying concerns that you may have as a property owner in Alabama or Mississippi and probably beyond.

Smith Clark just saved me a lot of time and money! We were buying a lot in Lillian, Al and needed a survey and title search before the closing. I’ve worked with these guys before so they were one of the first calls I made. The day I signed the purchase agreement I got a call and email from Smith Clark warning me about a Tax Deed on my property. Thanks to them and a quick call to my attorney, I avoided a lot of legal issues and maybe a lot of wasted money. Thank you for the quick response and professionalism
