Christian was very personable, professional and thorough. He was not afraid to seek advice from his colleagues when he encountered difficulties in getting into the workings of our washer/dryer combo. He even arranged to return the following day with another service technician should he have not been able to diagnose and repair our unit. He was determined to find the problem with our unit. My wife and I can heartily recommend Mr. Appliance.
