Hugh shout out to Teresa!!! We just opened our pool with a new liner today. We took a water sample in and Teresa tested and hooked us up with the exact chemicals with detailed instructions! Our first visit, but not our last!

This company excels in customer service. I had an issue with a pump. The company who installed my pool is no longer an option for a variety of reasons. My pool maintenance company does not do pump work. I was at a loss my fiance recommended Luxury Pools. They came out the same day I contacted them. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had it resolved within 2 days. I am beyond impressed! You would be wise and grateful if you chose then to build or repair your pool and/or spa. They are the best in the state hands down!!

I love getting my chemicals from Luxury! The chemicals last so much longer then the cheap brands. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. They keep my pool clean all summer long. If you ever have a problem with this place it’s probably you.

These people took my pool sample and sold me over $250 worth of supplies i didnt remotely need. After using the chemicals with ZERO positive results i reached out to another Faulkner Pools to come check my issue and they ran the same water sample and fixed the issue with a completely different/easily identified chemical to use. Do not trust Luxury pool and spa. I guess they need to pay for their huge new location and decide to pass on the costs to customers.. I would give them negative stars if available. NEVER AGAIN!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this place is awesome!. I did not purchase my pool from them (I definitely would have if I would had known about them sooner), however I always take my pool samples there and I get a computerized print out of what my pool needs. It is super simple and my pool always looks beautiful. They also have the most knowledgeable staff and since I’m a newbie pool owner, they are always very helpful with anything that comes up. They are great people and I couldn’t be happier that I was recommended to this place.

The company which installed my pool was unable and unwilling to make a repair on my pool which used some advanced technology for its operation. I made the rounds and nobody seemed to be able to help me. I kept coming back to Luxury Pool & Spa because they were listed by the manufacturer as an expert in my technology.

After learning my situation, the owner had compassion on me and worked me in to their schedule.

It was an excellent experience - the technician was very trustworthy, competent, and knowledgeable. In short order, he had me up and running like a top again.

It was a huge mistake that I didn't get Luxury to install my pool to start with. I endured more problems than you would want to hear. I told my wife that it was one of those decisions where I would have saved a lot of time, frustration, and yes, money in the long run to have chosen the better company to do the install. Obviously, if I had it to do over again, I'd choose Luxury.
