Called & they scheduled the very next day to pick up my new dishwasher from Lowe’s & install it. They wore covers over their shoes the whole time.

Things the 2nd time we have used. Mr. Appliance.
I have rated them before and gave them 5 stars. The true test is can a business give the same exceptional service again. Mr Appliance did just that. From the online chat booking my appointment after hours on a Sunday to my texts and calls letting me know when my service person would arrive they deliver.
Christian was out service tech and he is so conscientious about laying down a mat outside our door, using booties so he doesn’t track in dirt, keeping the area he is working on clean and tidy. He is very knowledgeable about ovens and I appreciated him informing us about why we had our issue and how to avoid potential problems moving forward.
I can not recommend this company enough .
I only wish other companies would take a page from their service book. They are awesome in every aspect of their business and they deserve more than 5 stars!!!’

Very professional and competent admin staff and senior technicians, Zachary was great to work with and accurately diagnosed our issue first time.
