Working with Bill Wrape and his assistant McKenzie has been a nightmare. My renovation of two rooms and a bath began December 14, 2017. As of June 2, 2018, my project has yet to be completed. Items have either been incorrectly ordered or not ordered in a timely fashion. Weeks have gone by when he has not visited the site, yet he has traveled out of town for jobs and even bid jobs while not working on mine. As this weren't enough, his prices are some of the highest in the state, and his attention to detail is inexcusably bad.

Bill is a pleasure to work with, always very professional, and the cabinetry is absolutely gorgeous. Even though our last project involved remodeling a condo in another state, we insisted on using DKB here in Little Rock for all the cabinetry and hardware because we knew Bill would provide us with a high quality, well designed product. We highly recommend using DKB.... we wouldn't go anywhere else!

We have used DKB multiple times for kitchen remodel, new built-ins in study, master bath remodel and a few smaller jobs. Bill and his contractors are thoroughly professional and do the job they say they're going to do. Plus, they do that work beautifully! Job costs have always been as stated in the contracts. Their work, including our kitchen remodel, has been featured in numerous magazines over the years. I can't imagine using anyone else!

Do no choose this company! The owner (Bill) will make promises and he will not meet them so he can go on vacation. His work is horrible. He will try to over charge you and then his attorney (his cousin) will try to intimidate you to pay more. Do not sign his contract as he told me after "I left so many loops holes in there for my protection". He left paint over all of my wood floors and attempted to invoice me to have this cleaned. Overall, a horrible experience.
