While air conditioning issues are never good news, I greatly appreciate Taylor taking the time to sit down. He showed pictures of the issues with my unit, explained how things should be running, and what can be done to get things fixed. So far I'm glad I made the call to Airco.

**Update** After 3 months with my new air conditioner, I can honestly say it's amazing! I've upgraded my review from 4 stars to 5 since every aspect of service I received from start to finish has been great. Thank you Airco.

We had a fantastic tech Jennifer, she let us know her arrival time and once she arrived she walked me through what was going on. She made sure I saw what she was talking about and went over it in a way that I could easily understand. She was very professional and made sure to explain the various options we had and the difference between them all in a way I understood. Which is great because I know very little.avout the hvac world. Highly recommend.

Ive had to use this company twice. Once when my AC unit went out 2 months after buying my house and 11 months later when my guest house unit stopped working. Both times I was very happy with the service. I ended up buying a new unit the first time and the guest house only needed a part to be fixed so got lucky there. Both times the technician explained the entire situation to me. They did not try to sell me things not needed and were very professional. I will only use this company from now on. I even purchased the maintenance package from them. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent hard workers in very hot weather. Personnel were prompt by being present and ready to work at 8:00 am. Professionally analyzed the installation process at each step as they worked and installed the equipment which took until 4:00 pm. Checked everything out to make sure it was cooling as needed. Picked up all trash and took with them—boxes, old materials, their water bottles, etc. Very careful as work was performed, courteous, and respectful staff. I feel so much better. The house is in the process of cooling from 90 degrees. I can already feel a difference. The staff seemed to care about my health and safety and efficiently did the job as promised! I am grateful for Airco Service. ?

I decided to reach out as I was looking to continue the existing service contract. Pricing was good, extended the contract, and here am I on my 2nd year with them.
