Our side by side refrigerator was not cooling properly. I called and a repairman was at my house and had the work done in less than 2 hours. He knew what was wrong just by listening to it run. We are very happy and the appliance is working great!

I've used multiple appliance repair companies in the Bentonville/Rogers area when I first moved to town and now I only use Appliance Doctors! You can't plan on appliances breaking or an HVAC systems going down. Doc has been very responsive and most helpful. Definitely worth having in your "Contacts" as sooner or later, you're going to need the service Appliance Doctors provide.

Had a mysterious problem with my GE stove. I have known Warren for years but now I live in Florida and called about the the broiler that came on and it had been on bake at 200. I was warming up pizza and it had caught on fire.
Luckily I caught it before it got worse.
The Doc sent the important info on what to do and guided me to fix it.
Without his expertise and personal guidance, we might have lost the whole unit.

After stripping out an important screw in my relatively new gas range, Warren? threw a full-on scary temper tantrum. “This job is making me late!”, he shouted as he banged things around, pushing it back into place and scratching the hardwood floor. Then he let me know it was no longer safe to fix and I’d have to buy a new range and “by the way, that will be $95”. I paid as he truly scared me. Do not recommend!
