We have had Allen coming out for at least 6 years now, ever since we started seeing scorpions in the house, and we’ve been nothing but pleased with the service. Any time I need him to come spray inside, I just send a quick email on the website and they always respond promptly. Allen is very polite and professional, and even my dogs and cats like to “talk” to him ? with 2 small kids in the house, it’s been a tremendous relief to have our home free of scorpions and other creepy crawlers that could potentially hurt the kids. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I'd like to give a decent rating here. But the truth is--I paid $170 for someone to walk around and look at my eves for five minutes. I own a crawl space home and it was too wet to look at during the visit. Now six weeks later, I have called back twice to have a follow-on scheduled and was told that a technician would contact me...nope, nothing. The payment went through but the services we NOT rendered. Pretty disappointed. In the future I'll contact a pest control company that shows up.

We bought a house and found out it had some bug issues (luckily before we moved in) and first we had terminex come out and do a spray.. they did absolutely nothing in getting rid of anything. So I decided to call Adams and I am so glad I did! The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable and the technician that came out really took the time to make sure he got every inch of the house sprayed. He made sure I was happy with the spray before he left and we have not seen one bug since they have come out! I HIGHLY recommend them for all your termination needs!!!
