Great customer service! (Particularly as compared with Carpet Barn who took days to a couple of weeks to return a call/email until I told them to forget it!) Although there was an install delay, it was a shipment issue and not an Akels issue. Best of all, the result exceeded expectations: truly plush-feeling carpet/padding after great installation. Would not hesitate to go with Akels again.

Been trying to get our floors fixed from an initial install in October 2021. The threshold had nails coming through the floor, a plank snapped where we walk, and big lumps appeared from where wooden boards should have been replaced. Now they want us to pay more to replace what we were told would be handled when we first got the floor. This company is giving us the run around and won't accept responsibility. We are so disappointed after the research said they were the best.
*When I discussed the subfloor issue with Cody, he said it was covered. That was the understanding we walked away from a year ago. I want it noted Guillermo is professional and extremely hard working, we have no issue with him. We have no issue moving our furniture ourselves, we didn't get the call they were heading over to properly prepare for today.*

Awesome service and installation. The carpet was reasonably priced. They came out and measured for free, we paid that day and the carpet was in in less than a week. The install was moved up by 2 days which was amazing.
On the day of install the contractors moved all of our furniture out carefully, ripped up and carried off the old carpet quickly, swept the entire room and installed the new carpet in just over an hour.
Professional service all around from sale to complete install. Would definitely recommend.
