After months of going back and forth with another company in the area and feeling like our job was a nuisance to them, we found Nations Kitchen and Bath (Hoffman) in Springdale. What a delight! Fred Dell was my initial contact and general for this huge kitchen remodel. We worked closely figuring out a design for an XL kitchen island (7.5ft x 8ft with a 48inch sink) that would also have a "table" section to it. The complexity of the job did not faze him one bit, and he was instantly able to be creative and could visualize a plan (not all of our potential contractors had the skill set for this). The team demo'd an old multi level island, the old granite countertops throughout the kitchen, rebuilt the hood, removed an appliance garage, removed a travertine surround backsplash and replaced it with a much more updated mosaic/old world style tile. The tile team- A++. Absolutely outstanding and quality work. I would not hesitate to hire them for any tiling project! The countertops are Black Pearl but "leathered" and are gorgeous. There is a soft texture to them that feels luxurious and amazing. Install was smooth and perfect. The island definitely took some time, but it was worth a bit of patience as it came together exactly as we had hoped. Frank and his partner worked tirelessly at making this job a success. Kudos to Fred and the team for absolutely nailing this project. We are forever grateful. (And, I challenge you to find a contractor out there who is as nice and kind as Fred Dell.). Thanks, team! Job well done!

We used Nations for our complete guest bathroom remodel. They installed new tile floors, cast iron tub and cultured marble surround. They also modified our existing vanity cabinet and installed new sinks and countertop. Everyone was very professional and the work was excellent. We are very pleased!

Fred Dell helped us select our beautiful White Pearl quartzite slabs, and his team helped us make the most of them so that there was hardly any waste (or wasted $$). It took them nearly FIVE MONTHS from start to finish our tiny bathroom. Some were unprofessional in choosing to bother me while continuing to talk for sometimes an hour at a time instead of working on the bathroom. It was annoying to say the least. He was hard to get away from but I can tell you anything you want to know about his prize boy and his football, etc. The job was WAY OVERPRICED considering that it took them nearly 5 months to complete with workers in and out the entire time. In an attempt to keep the price down, I decided to do the painting which one of the workers scratched up while holding up a shelf which was never discussed (apparently a “decoration” to help drive the cost up which we didn’t even get. Although they put plastic down from our front door to the bathroom, it was kicked around so all of the dirt and dust was ground into our carpet the entire way. In fact, we ended up tearing all of the carpet out after they were done and replaced it with hard floors! They didn’t clean up after themselves so that to get to our bed we would have to move their things out of our way every night that they decided to show up. I have never in my 65 year life have been more unhappy with a job and the time it took to do it. In fact, we never received a bill from them until today when someone showed up at our door and told my husband that there was a bill mailed and several emails were sent. We never received one in the mail and Fred Deli knows that I don’t use my email so I never check it. That’s why we texted our WAY TOO MANY communications during this 5 month period. Nevertheless, we figured that they must have “forgiven” the second half of the payment since Fred knew how unhappy we were and didn’t want us to smear their name all over social media but apparently they don’t care about their customers or their customer's satisfaction of a job. I could go on and on, but for now, I need to get to work to pay a bill that I don’t even feel I should have to pay. That sucks!

So far not well. We were quoted higher on second visit with salesmen. Salesman was personable and friendly, no issues with sales person. But the initial quotes were not offered and the new quote was about $1,500.00 more that first time we received a quote. But the other bathroom remodelers we were going to use after getting first quote from Hoffman would not call us to come out and demo. Called, called and called but no one would come out to start work. Since we didn't pay anything yet, decided to try Hoffman. So, gave Hoffman Kitchen and Bath second try. This time we went through with it, only having shower replaced with cultured marble and framed glass door. Shower is roughly 72x96, stand in, tiled, but the tile was not put in correctly first time so, whole shower must be redone. But, tile floor in bathroom is staying, counter, toilet, just replacing shower with new culture marble and adding glass door. $6,500.00. Fine, need this completed. So we paid half up front and were told four to six weeks. Around the seventh week, called and left message with office and received no answer. Waited, eighth week comes and call salesman. No answer, left a message. And that is where we are now. Signed contract 5/11/17. Currently 7/7/2017 and still no work started. No one has called to check in, or give estimate of time to start, or even to return one of the two phone calls we made to them. I would be semi satisfied if I was called and told reason for being behind and given a new estimated time. But, have not received any contact. I will update or make adjustments if something changes, but at this point a bit frustrating.

Project finished in February 2018. Just a shower remodel and tile floor replacement. While the workers were friendly and professional, our project was not high on list. Wish I could post a picture of the contract that says it was only supposed to take four days lol. And the fine print after that says it doesn't matter how long it takes. Most useless contract... No offer of a lower price. Or offer to make up for the 8 months it took to put in a cultured marble shower, glass door, and regrout a bathroom floor in a 1100 square foot home. If I didn't work from home who knows, they might still be working on this today...
