Stephen and Jason are great people to have install windows! They were very detailed in the installation. I will say that there is so much trim around the windows ( no fault to Stephen and Jason) that the glass vs trim is out of proportion. I wish the sales person took note of what we had and would have let us know we would have less viewing area and had given us other options. Does the sales person see a finish product? Hoping I can get this changed out to customer satisfaction.

We had a 30 year old fiberglass tub and shower unit converted to a walk in shower for my elderly mother. I prefer to use local companies and I am so happy that we chose Ozark Home Pros. Every encounter has been positive, from scheduling the estimate to the follow up. We were given regular updates while waiting for the custom insert to arrive.
Justin did our installation. What a nice guy! Our dogs love him. He told us what to expect every morning and explained everything he did. He didn't even make a mess with the demo. The whole process was painless. This was not a one size fits all, one-day project. It took a few days for the demo and rebuild. We could not be happier with how it turned out. It completely transformed a dated, unsafe tub/shower into a beautiful, safe spa. It is so easy to clean. Well worth the investment.
Everyone is very happy except the dogs. It is so easy to walk them in and use the shower wand on them that they get more frequent baths.
I highly recommend Ozark Home Pros.

Clear Communication: They kept us informed throughout the entire process, from the initial quote to the project's completion. Once our materials were received, we started working with our project manager, Justin Collins. He explained the process for our project, which included removing our shower/tub combo and installing a pocket door. He patiently answered all our questions and was always available to address any concerns.

Personable and professional: Justin was a pleasure to work with. His friendly and positive attitude made this a stress-free experience. We appreciated Justin's respect for our home. He used drop cloths to protect our floors and cleaned up thoroughly after each day. He also texted us before each time he needed to enter our home, and he provided us with brief project updates when leaving each day.

Attention to detail: What truly impressed us was Justin's attention to detail. He understood the product he was working with and other products on the market. He took the time to ensure everything on our project was done right, from the plumbing to the trim painting. The finished product is beautiful and functional.

Customer service: The little things matter too! On trash day, Justin noticed our bin would be blocked by his truck and took the initiative to move it so it wouldn't get missed. It's these small gestures that show he cares about his customers, and that Ozark Home Pros employs reputable people.
