Overall

I wouldn't normally take the time to write a review for a roll-off service but Ozark deserves it. I shopped around and only Ozark made the process easy, entirely on-line for my self-service convenience. They had the lowest price of the 3-4 places that I checked. Even better, I placed the order and scheduled drop-off entirely on-line as well. Yes. I made it all happen over the weekend with no phone calls. Container drop off was on-time and exactly where I requested it when I ordered. The driver was super friendly when I went out to ask if he needed anything from me. Both drop off and pickup notifications were provided via SMS and a courtesy phone call when the driver was 20 minutes away. Bottom line: Ozark is where I'll be doing future roll off business.

Very pleased with Ozark Dumpster Service. Rented a 20 yard dumpster for a house clean out. Next day service. Delivery driver let me know when he was on his way. Very professional. Pick up driver also called when he was on his way ?. Price was very competitive with no hidden fees. They will be my only call if needed again. Highly recommend.

So pleased with their service! Friendly to deal with! Their website is very informative and easy to use. Thats’s where I got my initial information but I prefer calling. They answered every time and whichever person happened to answer was super friendly in dealing with all my questions. We rented the 30 yard dumpster for 1 one week. Delivered on time, called before delivery to let us know they were on the way. The delivery driver was super friendly and very knowledgeable to our rural Madison County area. He had absolutely no problem setting it in a smaller tight area. Great guy! Pick-up same! We will definitely be using their services again! Will use for house remodeling and planning to rent every year to get rid of junk collections and trash.

Drop off and pick up went super smooth! Great placement of dumpster in the driveway and they worked with me on making sure everything went as planned!
