Matt went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I fully understood our home inspection report. He met with us at the home, walked us through areas of note, sat with us to go over all the images and concerns, and allowed us to ask countless questions without making us feel rushed.

Within 3 days we not only had the inspection report, but also mold and radon results. He remained available for additional questions, and we feel confident continuing to contact him should other concerns arise.

Matt Grigg has done a freat work in providing us with a very thorough home inspection summary and report. He was there at the end of inspection to provide us with some of the important damages/repairs that need to be taken care of. He then send a more detailed report to include all the minute damages etc. He even inspected the property roof for the second time after the tornadoes to make sure everything is good.

I had not had the privilege of working with Arkansas HomeTech Inspections until recently. As a Realtor, it's always helpful to have a handful of great inspectors to choose from and AHT did not disappoint. My client recommended Matt, the individual who performed the inspection and he was friendly, factual and professional. He was succinct in his verbal delivery and clear in describing what repairs were needed. His photos were well lit and much to my appreciation, not overly abundant. The photos were already marked with directional arrows making the issues easy to interpret. He called me to arrive when he was 30 minutes from completion and was right on schedule.
