Very pleased with Bryant and how fast he diagnosed the issue with my A/C. He was in and out in 15 min and only had to pay service charge since part was under warranty. I will definitely call Armour for all my A/C needs in the future.

I was very happy with the service I received today. Pablo, the service technician showed up on time and quickly identified the issue and made the repairs. I believe the charges were adequate and appreciate them working in a new client on the same day in this horrible heat. The office staff was also very friendly when I made the call to request Service. My a/c went out on a Saturday, and Armor had it fixed by Monday. They probably would've fixed it sooner, but I didn't need to do an after hours/weekend call. I used the online form to request an appointment, and the office reached out via email first thing Monday morning. Great customer service and great pricing. Tech even waited a little bit for someone to show up to the house (I was at work and didn't see the head's up text before he arrived, so I had to get someone to meet him for me).

They have have some really great employees. They were courteous and professional the entire time. Never saw one cell phone out the entire time they were here which is quite surprising these days.
They arrived at 10 minutes till 8 and commenced work immediately. They had to install a complete system. Ductwork, air handler and condensing unit. And by 3:30 they were completely done.
As far as I’m concerned, they’ve gained a very happy customer and one that will refer as many people as I can to their company.

I called to setup an appointment and they were able to come out the same day. Bryant Vasquez was the technician and he was awesome. He was able to discover the problem to our AC within minutes. Bryant also explained everything he was doing throughout the entire visit which was really helpful and helped us better understand what was going with our unit. The work was excellent and would recommend the company and Bryant as a technician.

I was having trouble with my AC cooling. I saw one of Armor’s trucks at my neighbors house a couple of days prior to my AC failing to cool. I called my neighbor, and they said they were absolutely pleased with the work and speed getting to their house, and that the technician was very kind and informative.

I called Armor on the weekend, and spoke with the Service Manager, John, who scheduled an appointment to come to our house quickly. He told me that our AC had a slow leak, so he added Freon and told me that we should see how long the AC continued to cool, and that would determine what work was ultimately going to be required.

We’re still waiting for the AC to stop cooling, and then I will call them back and see what we need to do next. I was very pleased with the results and information I received. I will definitely call them back and let them do whatever work is needed. They are definitely our AC guys now!

Purely professional, full of kindness and very timely. Bryant came to take care of us as two a/c units (one main and one split) went out. I had a few estimates (even one company saying it needed a complete replacement). It ended up needing a couple gallons of Freon. Instead of 6k, we spent $225. The honesty of this company and helping clients save money keeps me their client. I'm so glad I found them and I have signed up for a maintenance plan (that they never pushed).
