Lilia was very upfront and communicated everything that needed to be communicated from the very beginning. They installed the countertops super quickly. They even came back the next day to fix a small countertop that had been measured wrong. They didn’t put me off another week, which I greatly appreciated.

They also were able to get the granite I wanted from a local wholesale supplier since they didn’t carry exactly what I was looking for.

We couldn’t be happier with the quality and service that we received. We had a difficult time finding a granite that we liked and we were told by another well known fabricator that it would be nearly impossible to find. When we went to Arkansas Granite and Marble, Lillia got on the phone immediately and found us 2 slabs of leathered colonial white. They were able to work us in quickly and were even able to install a day earlier than originally planned. Our granite is beautiful, cut perfectly and the one seam they had to put in the corner is so discreet. You have to look very closely to see it. They were also great about sending us pictures of our slabs before they cut it and letting us see which areas we wanted to avoid to get the best looking countertops. Prices were great too! We live south of Fort Smith and are so glad that they came this far to do our job. We are very pleased and have already recommended them to several family members and friends.

Bought a remnant and was given a price per square foot in the shop ($40), but was given an invoice with a higher price ($42). Discussed with Office Mgr and Owner, but neither would honor the initial price. Not a huge price difference, but principal. The fab work and install were done well - no complaints there.
