We used Capital Mark for a four bathroom remodel in North Scottsdale. The entire process was so easy where the owner Kyle was very transparent on pricing (roughly breaking out labor and allowance targets), timelines, and requirements. We met with the team in October and started the project on Jan 5. Since we have two kids, we needed to do three bathrooms together then immediately complete the master. The entire project took nine weeks and finished exactly on time.

The team on-site was so friendly, clean, and great at communication. We absolutely loved working with Cody throughout the project. David was an excellent project manager and always had open communication lines if there were any questions that needed immediate attention.

The remodel itself turned out SO well. It transformed the original 1990s bathroom into a stunning modern escape (pending profession photos from Nicole, which I will update this post with once available). We were able to add on some unexpected features such as a pocket door in the small jack-and-Jill tub/toilet room that made the room much more accessible. We were also able to source custom oak shelves that the team installed to create a open concept storage area. We only had very minor hiccups that are expected with any job, and the team immediately came on-site, resolved, and were very transparent in next steps.

I highly recommend Capital Mark to anyone that is looking to do a remodel. They are fair, kind, hard-working, and produced very high quality work. Any expenses that were “above budget” were strictly due to me going above the average fixture/tile allowances. There were no surprises in the cost of labor, etc. Thank you so much to the entire Capital Mark team that made this vision a reality

My friend recommended Kyle to me when I told her we wanted to do some remodeling, I always admired how her kitchen and master bathroom was done. I spoke with Kyle a few times, and had a few people come out for bids. I’m so glad we went with Kyle, we did a complete remodel and Capital Mark was the only company that I found that did EVERYTHING! We never remodeled before and didn’t know much on the process. I wanted a door removed in the spare bathroom and an extra counter with drawers in the kitchen, that’s all I was thinking. Sara the designer was so great to work with! She redesigned our kitchen a few times giving us all kinds of options! After picking everything out, we were told 8 weeks, our house would be done! Everyone I talked to didn’t believed me ?. Well, it was and it turned out so beautiful! Kyle, David and Sarah were absolutely wonderful to work with! The crew did an awesome job! We came to Kyle and shared our vision on getting our kitchen and bathroom remodeled, but we decided our home needed some TLC and we got the right contractor to complete a full house remodel. Dave the PM was attentive and easy to work with. Matt and John the staff members that were on site almost daily was genuinely kind, professional, and you could see that they loved what they do and transparent about what was needed and always welcomed me when I would randomly stop by. The sub contractors that were used were also very kind and timely. Sara the Designer was extremely helpful. I kept telling her I want color in the house and she helped me do just that with all the subtle and bold areas where we were able to do just that.
Capital Mark, they do what they say they are going to do. We came under budget and came under the timeline too. We are very pleased.

We hired Kyle and his team to do a complete master suite remodel (including reconfiguring the space), a partial guest bath remodel (taking out an old shower/tub combo and putting in a walk-in shower), a partial kitchen remodel (new countertops, backsplash, sink, fixtures), and new flooring in our guest bedroom and office.

Owner of Capital Mark Interior owner, Kyle and his crew are nothing less than professional. In our community, Kyle and crew had done 2 other Reno's that we have seen. We were very impressed by the craftsmanship, therefore, why we hired Kyle.

After seeing a friend’s kitchen remodel and the high praise she gave Kyle and Capitol Mark my husband and I called and set up an appointment. We liked Mark from the beginning. He walked us through the kitchen remodel, explained what we needed to do. Kyle was always very professional, organized and punctual. A great communicator. His crew started demolition on time, cleaned up before they left. They took cabinets out, we had a gasoline put in, new cabinets, countertops, lighting, fans, countertops, sink and new appliances. The entire project was finished 3 days before it was scheduled to be completed. We were blown away! Who gets done on time?! Capitol Mark!
We were so impressed with the way the kitchen project went we hired Kyle and his team to remodel both of our bathrooms while we were back in Montana for the summer. That’s how much we trusted him and his crew. We face timed with Eric during the process. The project included taking a block window out, replacing with a smaller window, removing a tub, repositioning the shower, making the entry into the shower level for a wheel chair, tiling, new toilets, lighting, fan, countertops and cabinets. We flew down once to see the progress. Beautiful workmanship. .
