Greg was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained my inspection to me, was patient and made sure I understood everything. He was referred to me by my cousin, and I will refer him to anyone that I know who is buying a home.

Greg is the best in business. Even after months after my inspection, i had a follow up after i found a roof leak (which he had thoroughly documented during his inspection and had made us aware of potential issues in future). He remembered, sent back the references and helped me address the remediation with the roofer. Extremely knowledgeable, super detailed and super friendly to work with. Inspection being such a major pointer in home buying decisions calls for such professionals!

Greg did a good job helping us with our pre dry wall inspection and our initial walkthrough on our new build. All the pictures were great and helped get the builder to admit repairs were need on our roof tile before closing on our house. After our walkthrough inspection we just had to hand over the well organized report he prepared and our builder used it to add to their repair list to make sure we were happy with our home. Thanks Greg!

Greg was great, found several items to be addressed during our pre drywall inspection. Lots of pictures, lots of good info. Everything we already noticed was in the report plus several other items! Well worth it, even with a new build. Planning to hire Greg for our final inspection as were very pleased with his service.

Greg was extremely thorough with my new home inspection and was quick to get the report to me same day as the inspection. The report was full of images and I called him to go over any concerns. He was responsive and very helpful in completely answering any questions I had. He went above and beyond and I would recommend him to anyone. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Impressive detailed report! I had purchased many properties over the last 2 decades therefore had ordered many inspections but Greg's report is the most detail and thorough. His respond time was quick. He even spend almost an hour on the phone explaining everything to me afterwards. I am very happy to recommend him for all home inspections!

Short inspection period and Greg had it done the day after Buyers requested. My buyer is an engineer by training and said he really liked the detail in the inspection and when he went over the summary of items.
