Even after months after my inspection, i had a follow up after i found a roof leak (which he had thoroughly documented during his inspection and had made us aware of potential issues in future). Greg did a good job helping us with our pre dry wall inspection and our initial walkthrough on our new build. All the pictures were great and helped get the builder to admit repairs were need on our roof tile before closing on our house. After our walkthrough inspection we just had to hand over the well organized report he prepared and our builder used it to add to their repair list to make sure we were happy with our home.
